Hi, I'm Allison and, removing my IBS 'label' for a while, here's a little just about me!

I work as an executive assistant, I'm a wife and mum to a grown-up girl.  

I'm currently a 3rd year student too, studying for a management degree!  It's tough going and there are times when I ask myself why I did it, but deep down, I know I'm glad that I did. 

Too old, I thought, too long away from education... but sometimes in life, we just need to take a leap of faith, 'cause as L'Oréal is always telling us "we're worth it!"

I don't have much time for hobbies just now, but I know that will change when study is over.  I look forward to the day when I'll put the text books away, and replace them instead with some fiction, chosen after a leisurely browse in my favourite bookshop.
